How do I order?

Once you have found the product or products you want, simply update the selected quantity in the "Quantity" field with "+" or "-" buttons. We sell our products only online, so order packaging materials with us simply using our website. It is quick and easy.


Can I order over the phone or by email?

We do not offer sales over the phone or email. All orders need to be processed on our website.


How do I add more than one item to my shopping basket?

To add more products to your shopping basket, select the product and add the amount you need, then "Continue Shopping". You can adjust the number of required items in the "Shopping Basket" before you check out.


How much will my order cost?

Selling prices displayed on product pages are exclusive of VAT. If you want to check the amount including VAT before Checkout, you can do so by going to the "Shopping Basket".


What is the minimum order I can place?

There is no minimum. All deliveries within London M25 are subject to Free Next Business Day Delivery on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For orders under £50, the Next Business Day Delivery service costs £16.99 + VAT. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 6 am and 6 pm. Weekends and bank holidays are not considered Business Days. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to 1pm Thursday will be dispatched the same day for Next Business Day Delivery. Orders received before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability.


Can I Order Packaging Materials for my business regularly?

Yes, you can. We deliver packaging materials to our regular customers under special contract rates. To arrange regular deliveries please contact our office to discuss your requirements.


Can I do changes to my order?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, then yes you can. If your order has been dispatched then we are unable to do any changes to your order.


How can I pay for my order?

On our website when you are placing an order online you will see the option to make the payment online directly.


What payment methods are you accepting?

W accept all major credit and debit cards. We are using Stripe - A secure Payment System. We do not store payment information on our servers.


Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, you can pay by bank transfer and you can find our company bank details on our website under the link PAYMENTS. As soon as we receive your payment we’ll process your order.


Will I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, you will receive your invoice via e-mail, when we dispatch your order.


When will you dispatch my order?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to 1pm Thursday will be dispatched the same day for Next Business Day Delivery. Orders received before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability.


Where do you deliver to?

We will deliver to the address you provided on the order form.


Can I collect my order?

W do not offer collections in person from our warehouse, as there is no access for the public


Do you offer weekend delivery?

No. We do not provide deliveries Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.


Can I specify where goods can be left if I cannot receive a delivery in person?

If for some reason you cannot receive the delivery at specified time and place in person, you can leave instructions on what to do in this case, at the time of ordering. We can deliver the parcel at a your neighbour's place, etc. However all deliveries will require a signature, so please ensure there is someone available to take, check and sign off for the delivery.


How long will it take to receive my delivery?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to 1pm Thursday will be dispatched the same day for Next Business Day Delivery. Orders received before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability. Normally you will get it within 24 hours but sometimes it may take upto 48 hours, as we are using third-party delivery companies such as DPD, Yodel, DX Courier for our deliveries. If you have any concerns, we can provide tracking number for your delivery.


How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email letting you know it is on its way. This email will also include a VAT invoice.


Can I track my order?

On our website, you can check the STATUS OF YOUR ORDER. Unfortunately, order tracking is not available through our website. If your order does not arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our sales office, so we will take care of it.


Who will deliver my order?

We are using third-party delivery companies such as DPD, Yodel, DX Courier for our deliveries.


Why do I need to sign off my delivery?

All deliveries will require a signature, so please ensure there is someone available to take delivery of the goods when placing your order.If for some reason you cannot receive the delivery at specified time and place in person, you can leave instructions on what to do in this case, at the time of ordering. We can deliver the parcel at a your neighbour's place, etc. However, it should be remembered that it is more difficult for us to solve problems with orders that were not signed on delivery. If there is no one on delivery to sign off the delivery, your delivery will be taken back to our warehouse and we will charge an additional £16.99 + VAT for the next shipment plus Congestion Charge, Ultra Low Emission Zone charges if applicable.


How much does the delivery cost?

All deliveries within London M25 are subject to Free Next Business Day Delivery on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For orders under £50, the Next Business Day Delivery service costs £16.99 + VAT. Deliveries between Monday and Friday between 6am and 6pm.


What do you recommend to seal my box?

Once packed, the box can be sealed using adhesive packaging tape, hot melt glue, staples, or strapping. It depends on the application and the industry you are in


Can my boxes be printed?

No. We do not offer printed boxes or sellotape.


Will my boxes arrive readily assembled?

No. All cardboard boxes are delivered flat-packed to reduce space and storage costs.


Will you buy the boxes back once I have used them?

No, we only supply brand-new packing materials/boxes. We do not buy or resell used boxes.


What can I do if I receive broken or damaged items?

If you find that your order is damaged during delivery, please refuse delivery. The couriers will inform us of the refusal of delivery and we will arrange for replacement goods to be shipped immediately. If you only notice damages when the driver has departed and you have fully unpacked your order, please contact us immediately via email using digital photography that clearly shows the nature of the damage.


What shall I do if items are missing?

Please double-check your order upon delivery to make sure everything is in place and only sign when you are satisfied that you have received everything you should have. It happens that in the case of orders consisting of several parcels, the courier may not deliver the entire order at once. However, the courier should make it clear that you only received part of your order. If your balance does not appear the next day, please contact us and we will take care of it for you.


What shall I do if I received incorrect items?

If we shipped the wrong products to you, we will be happy to re-arrange an immediate replacement.


Is your website secure?

We promise to protect your personal information and ensure that any website that asks for personal information is highly secure.


Do you store my credit card details?

Not. When you place orders, we offer to use a secure server via Stripe. We do not store any credit card details. Your personal data is only used to process your order.


How are my delivery details stored?

Your personal details - contact details, email address, order history, etc. - are stored on a secure server. We only share your details for delivery purposes.


What personal details are required?

We need to know your full name, home address, delivery address, as well as your e-mail address to confirm your order and your telephone number in case we need to contact you faster than waiting for an e-mail reply.


Will you use my details for marketing purposes?

We will send you emails confirming and updating you about the order you have made on our website.
